Ordering Information
Once you are registered, ordering is easy online. Just follow these simple steps. (You may find it easier to print off these instructions so you can follow them as you go!)
1. From the home page select Online Catalogue. Enter in your username and password.
2. You now have two options. If you need to re-order items entered previously select Reload Previous Order. If not, start searching the catalogue (details on how to do this start from point 8).
3. When you select Reload Previous Order a list of dates from your last ten orders appears. Select the date of the order you want to edit.
4. To be able to edit this order select Reload This Order.
5. You can now change the quantities of each item. If you do not want to reorder a specific item just enter a zero as the quantity and it will disappear from your list once you update the page.
6. Once you have edited all them items, select Update Quantities.
7. To add more items to your order select Add more items to my cart.
8. You can now search the catalogue for new items. Do this by entering the name of the product you are looking for (eg milo) and clicking on Submit.
9. The full range of sizes and quantities for your product will appear. Click on the product code (in the first column) to bring up a box specifically for that item.
10. Enter in the quantity required and select Add to Shopping Trolley.
11. Keep searching the catalogue in the same way for each item required.
12. When you have completed your order select View My Trolley
13. Now all that remains left to do is to submit the order. Do this by selecting Click Here to submit this order.
